As I’ve written before, I love Mondays! The following tips will help you to love Mondays too 🙂

1. Take 5-10 min to sit and clear your mind, (lock yourself in the bathroom if you have to)

2. Imagine an empty white plate, take 3 deep breaths

3. Now, from this place of emptiness create what you want on your plate, healthy meal, energy, joy, happiness, love and fill you plate with the best things you can imagine

You can take a moment and do this anytime of the day. You may prefer to imagine a white board or chalk board or an empty bottle, instead of a plate. Just make sure it’s completely clean when you start. From nothing, everything is possible!
