Ever feel like eating ALL the Mac n cheese?

Did you know cravings relate to specific moods or emotional needs? You crave fatty foods when you feel lonely. Salty & crunchy could indicate some internal anger.

So what do you do about it?

Change your thinking and actions. You have cravings, they don’t have you! If you give in then they have you. Think about this next time you experience a pull to the kitchen and get out the peanut butter and chocolate chips…do your cravings have you? Are they going to win?!

If you need a salty crunch, put a little salt on a carrot stick. It may not be ideal but it will help your body to begin to crave healthier foods.

And when you do need creamy and rich, limit it to one spoonful of peanut butter if you must.

And as my good friend says “When is any good choice after 10pm really a good one? Will power is low and chances of crap eating is really high.”
